Art for Human Rights is an organization founded by lifelong activist Bill Shipsey, dedicated to promoting universal human rights and helping human rights organizations amplify their message through the power of art.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with Art for Amnesty on several meaningful projects. Two that I’m especially proud of include:

• A comic about Honduran activist Berta Cáceres, which was later adapted into an animated music video for Damien Rice’s song "Song for Berta".

• A comic celebrating the life and activism of Joan Baez, shared in collaboration with her.
